10 St. James Avenue
Boston, Massachusetts
10 St. James Avenue, a prominent office tower in the Back Bay area of Boston, provides 19 floors of class-A office space. The building is entered through a lobby that is conceived as a dark and mysterious space, featuring a glowing, back-lit amber Onyx wall. Jet Mist granite, cladding the elevator lobbies, adds to Sapele wood paneling that continues from the main lobby. A three storey galleria atrium connects the tower with an existing landmark building, enabling retail space access. Its light and airy feeling is enhanced by an expansive skylight. In addition to building material palettes and finishes for all public spaces of the complex, Ms. Lewandowska developed complete tenant improvement specifications.
