Union Square Subway Station Tina Fang
		Subway as Play Space : An Entertainment Center at the N. R. W. Platforms After researching about Union Square, located at 14th street and Broadway, I realize that there is no direct relationship above the ground and below the ground. Above the ground, Union Square Park has been a gathering place for entertainment, for commerce, for labor and political events, and for recreation. Underground is the third most heavily used in New York City transit system, Union Square Station Complex, where contains three different subway lines. The retail for union square is the five different game stations, which will increase the interaction between people from park and subway. The focus of the retail design is to create the direct relationship between Union Square Park and Union Square subway station by extrude the exist column and excavate the park.
