These two projects are related and inspired by dance and movement.
The first one is a home made by four containers that are assembled each other creating a unic rectangle which means the facade of the human body. Inside this container I build an small rectangle too that represents the organs of this body. In terms of design this means the principal functions of every house (like rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.). This rectangle is made by mobile panels and when they are closed allow people to walk and dance using almost 75% of the surface; with the movil panels you would be able to build the rooms and make it private one of each other. Like I said, this idea reflexs the dancing movement in terms of design.
In the other hand I have designed a place specially for dancing , this emplacement is also a large rectangle. In that case this is a public project where everyone can enter and enjoy with different dancing performances. Is a place able to afford all kind of tinks related to the dance, is like a multifunctional museum of dance. Inside you can found expositions, a library, a bar, and also live performances. This rectangle is divided in two parts, the 30% of the surface contain the public services (the counter, the restroom, the closet and the bar) and the resting 70%, is composed by a huge platforms stair all around the rectagle where, while the dance performance is running, you can walk following the stairs and see it from differents angles views. This idea of walking during the performance means that anyone is indispensable to make a really contemporary concept of the performance. Observers are also part of the performance.
