Mitchell Schrage and Associates LLP Law Offices 126 East 56th Street, New York
		The growing New York law firm of Mitchell Schrage & Associates LLP relocated to a high-rise building on 56th Street and Park Avenue after separating from its partners. It required a new home as well as new identity, while projecting and image of continued high level services to its current clients. The project uses a strong organizing geometry and refined millwork detailing with a bold palette of materials to define that image. Carefully selected contrasting colors, with predominant deep orange accent, add to the space character while respecting a limited construction budget. The project defines different work and support areas and includes: reception and waiting areas opened into a library, conference room accessed from the main reception area, Mitchell Schrage's office, private offices for associates, senior associate and one for future expansion as well as support spaces with an open plan administrative workstations and intern's workroom.
